### **A continuacion explicamos detalladamente el proceso con nuestra tienda.**

* Luego de haber depositado o retirado silver salte de la isla y confirma el proceso por el chat de atencion.

### -PASO 1:

Luego de  realizar el pedido en cualquiera de nuestros enlaces de contacto ( <mark style="color:green;">Whatsapp</mark> , <mark style="color:purple;">Discord</mark>, <mark style="color:blue;">Chat Web</mark> ) y haber pagado su orden de compra o solicitado una orden de venta, nuestro soporte de atencion al cliente le enviara un link hacia este post donde porfavor le pedimos leer detalladamente el proceso de traspaso de silver por el metodo de Isla. <mark style="color:yellow;">**( WEST O EAST - el proceso es el mismo para ambas regiones )**</mark>

### -PASO 2:

Iniciamos pidiendole que se dirija hacia un NPC de isla cercano para que pueda trasportarse hacia nuestra isla cuando le invitemos. Estos NPC pueden encontrarce facilmente en cualquiera de las ciudades principales del juego, <mark style="color:yellow;">**ve desnudo y des faccionado y  dejas todos tus objetos en el banco**</mark>. una imagen de referencias aqui abajo!.

### -PASO 3:

Nuestro soporte de atencion te pedira el <mark style="color:yellow;">**NOMBRE EXACTO**</mark> de tu personaje para invitarte a nuestra isla de gremio. Habla con el NPC de isla y justo en su menu de invitaciones busca el nombre de la isla que te proporcionamos. Imagen referencial aqui abajo!.

### -PASO 4:

Entra a nuestra isla de Gremio y dirijete hacia el puesto de la <mark style="color:yellow;">**Carniceria.**</mark> Imagen referencial aqui abajo!.

### -PASO 5:

Abre el Menu de opcciones del edificio de la carniceria, y dale click al retrato de la señora, para que se te desplieque el Menu de opcciones del edificio. Imagen referencial aqui abajo!.

### -PASO 6:

Justo en el Menu de opcciones procede a reclamar la propiedad en el boton del medio ( <mark style="color:red;">**RECLAMAR**</mark> ), luego dale click a la parte de <mark style="color:yellow;">**ADMINISTRACION**</mark>, y se desplegara otro menu donde podras ver el Silver depositado, o podras depositarlo si lo que quieres es vendernos, para cualquiera de las dos opcciones se usa el mismo procedimiento. ### -PASO 7:

Luego de haber depositado o retirado el Silver, salte de la isla y termina el proceso por el chat de atencion.
